RaceRite was started by MIT graduate, software engineer, and triathlete Mark Bockmann, who had grown tired of the 9 to 5 corporate world and wanted to combine his two passions, technology and racing. Mark was initially joined by his wife Molly, whose background in business and as a former pro triathlete complement the team perfectly. We've since added a number of dedicated, tech savvy timers to the team, like "boy genius" and triathlete Steven Nichols, and his equally talented brother Jeffrey. The result is a timing company built of people who are excited to show up for work each and every day, are borderline OCD about results accuracy, and care deeply about our two types of customers: the race organization and the athletes who race.
